Description:
The App Ads Team at Reddit is responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of Machine Learning models that predict user conversions post engagement with Reddit.
These models are crucial for optimizing advertising effectiveness and driving business growth.
The Machine Learning Engineer will work on developing advanced deep learning models, implementing strategies for signal loss mitigation, researching and launching new model architectures, and conducting feature engineering on raw data from Reddit.
The engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to team strategy, and actively participate in planning for the future.
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience with industry-level deep learning models.
Should have 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks like Tensorflow and Pytorch.
Need to have 3+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying industry-level models.
Must have 3+ years of experience orchestrating data generation pipelines on large-scale datasets.
Experience in the ads domain and conversion modeling is a plus.
Experience with recommendation systems is also a plus.
