Description:

Edelman is seeking a talented and experienced machine learning engineer to join their dynamic, remote-first team.
The role involves designing, experimenting, and implementing machine learning and GenAI solutions as part of the global product development group.
The team focuses on creating AI-driven solutions that deliver actionable PR insights for clients.
Responsibilities include developing and deploying data science solutions across various domains, collaborating with other engineers and product managers, and thoroughly documenting work to support future development and maintenance efforts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of data science and/or machine learning experience.
Experience in developing production-ready machine learning models for structured and unstructured data, including LLMs, time series, or tabular models is required.
Candidates should have experience performing exploratory data analysis and communicating insights with non-technical teammates.
Proficiency in Python is essential.
Additional technical requirements include experience with media metrics, ML and DevOps tools such as MLFlow and Git, cloud services like Databricks, and OpenAI’s custom GPTs and model endpoints.
Non-technical requirements include excellent communication skills in English, the ability to work semi-autonomously on complex tasks, and experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment.

The salary range for this position is €50,000 - €59,000 a year, with pay based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and performance.
The total compensation package may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
