Description:

  • Sadaora is building NewBlazr, an advanced lifestyle platform that delivers personalized insights and recommendations.
  • The company has raised $130k in a pre-seed round and is expanding its team to develop the next version of the app.
  • The Machine Learning Engineer will transform vast datasets into actionable insights and drive the evolution of AI capabilities.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and deploying scalable solutions.
  • The role involves collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Key tasks include model development and deployment, data engineering, collaboration and integration, and research and innovation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments is required.
  • Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost is essential.
  • A strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, probability, and optimization is necessary.
  • Candidates must have a deep understanding of various machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with unstructured data, exposure to MLOps tools, and a background in building recommender systems or generative AI applications.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, ethics, and model explainability is a plus, as well as contributions to open-source ML projects or publications.

  • The salary range for this position is USD $130k – $200k, with equity options of 0.5% – 1.25%.
