Remote Machine Learning Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of experience in back-end development, with expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL pipelines, data transformation, and integration is required.
• You should have the ability to explore, test, and implement a wide range of machine learning models for diverse problem domains, particularly in OCR, NLP, or document analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Azure AI is necessary.
• Familiarity with handling sensitive data and meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) is essential.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams are required.
• You must have a proven ability to lead projects and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is preferred.
• A background in healthcare, compliance workflows, or similar domains is also preferred.
