Description:

• As a Machine Learning Engineer - Conversational AI, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Conversational AI applications.
• Your primary task will involve integrating open source AI tools and technologies to facilitate engaging, natural, and efficient interactions between AI systems and human users.
• You will leverage features such as speech-to-text and text-to-speech to enhance user experience.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications that meet user needs, integrating AI tools to build scalable systems, and maintaining speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionalities.
• You will utilize Ray Distributed Computing to optimize AI model training and deployment.
• Implementing Python software development best practices to ensure reliability and performance of AI systems is essential.
• Continuous research and staying updated with the latest AI advancements will be part of your role.
• You will troubleshoot technical issues related to AI tools and systems, participate in code reviews, and document technical specifications and project updates.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
• Experience with Ray Distributed Computing, including expertise in Ray Core, Ray Serve, and Ray Train is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Python software development is essential.
• General experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly in developing Conversational AI applications, is required.
• Familiarity with open source AI libraries and frameworks is expected.
• A solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
• A strong commitment to staying updated with emerging AI trends and technologies is necessary.
• Familiarity with programming in Elixir, C/C++, or Go is a plus.
