• Forward Networks is seeking an applied Machine Learning Engineer to assist in creating artificial intelligence products and to guide and implement the company's AI strategy.
• Responsibilities include designing machine learning systems, researching and implementing ML algorithms, selecting datasets, running tests, performing statistical analysis, training systems, and staying updated on field developments.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
• A deep knowledge of the latest trends in Generative AI, including LLMs, libraries (e.g., LangChain), tools, and techniques is required.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture is essential.
• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in writing robust code in Python and/or Java is necessary.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn) is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-AI experts to develop innovative domain-specific applications are required.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• A BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $195,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
