EvenUp is seeking multiple levels of machine learning engineers who are passionate about building production machine learning products.
The role involves working on a broad range of business and technical problems, building machine learning models, and designing, automating, and deploying production machine learning pipelines.
You will build and deploy machine learning models in production that have a tangible impact on customers' lives.
The position requires being a strategic partner for leaders across the organization to drive business impact through machine learning.
You will build strong partnerships with product teams to understand and proactively address future technology needs and current developer pain points.
The role includes developing methods and algorithms from first principles when necessary, rather than relying solely on packaged third-party solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience building machine learning systems that are deployed to production.
Industry or research experience in NLP, information retrieval, or entity resolution is required.
The ability to communicate technical ideas or issues in easy-to-understand and actionable terms is essential.
Candidates should be able to translate theory and new ideas into practical, shippable solutions.
A quick learner who proactively seeks opportunities to work cross-functionally and with a diverse group of people is desired.
