The role of Machine Learning Engineer involves leading the framing, development, and deployment at scale of machine learning models to understand the risk of various classes of businesses.
The engineer will work with vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from various sources to derive insights about behavior and risk.
Team members have full ownership over their projects and are expected to drive the project’s direction while maintaining focus.
The team operates in two-week sprints and collaborates closely with Product Management and Software Engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
A strong drive to overcome obstacles and a determination to get things done is essential.
An in-depth understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, particularly in NLP and statistics, is required.
Proficiency in Python and its major data science libraries, along with experience in deploying models and algorithms in production, is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable with both data science and the engineering aspects required to bring models to production.
A willingness to use a wide range of technologies to find the right tool for the job is important.
Open, frank, and respectful communication is valued.
