A partner company is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in LatAm, North Macedonia, Portugal, or Serbia.
This position is fully remote and part of a globally distributed team working with advanced tools for Silicon Valley startups and major Life Science companies.
The role involves designing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines, contributing to impactful, production-grade AI solutions.

Key accountabilities include developing and implementing statistical, ML, and deep learning algorithms, analyzing model performance, deploying and maintaining ML models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, experimenting with AI/ML frameworks, contributing to innovation projects, and working with large datasets.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ML engineering.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace is essential.
Experience with deploying ML solutions and pipelines is necessary.
A strong command of English is required, as all communication is conducted in English.
Bonus qualifications include experience with Generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, Langchain, LLMs), familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, AWS SageMaker), and experience with NLP or handling large-scale data pipelines.
Strong interpersonal skills, including curiosity, teamwork, autonomy, and adaptability, are important for this role.
