Remote Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d) - Berlin or remote

Description:

• The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for productionizing machine-learning models, implementing services, and contributing to the growth of the data science infrastructure.
• Working within the Marketplace department, the role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other Machine Learning Engineers to enhance pricing decisions.
• Tasks include designing and developing data-driven systems, working with large datasets, exposing machine learning models via APIs, and optimizing solutions for business-critical problems.
• The position also involves enhancing the Data Science Software infrastructure, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience in training, deploying, serving, and monitoring Statistical/Machine Learning models on large-scale datasets in production.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and machine learning libraries.
• Previous experience in developing and maintaining microservices in a production environment.
• Fluency in English for effective communication within the diverse team.
• Passion for data science and a desire to contribute to the future of urban transportation.
