Description:
The Customer Support Experience team at Cash App aims to enhance customer support experiences by utilizing chatbot automation and real-time intelligent assistance powered by Gen AI models.
The team focuses on building trust with customers by providing quick, respectful, and automated help.
As a Machine Learning Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building and improving the Cashbot chatbot, understanding customer inquiries, utilizing smart tooling and recommendation systems, and conducting research and development on the next generation of chatbots using LLMs and AI.
Technologies used include Python (Pandas, sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, keras), Snowflake, GCP, and Transformer models (BERT, LLMs).
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in applied Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
A graduate degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Applied Math, Stats, Physics, or a related technical field.
Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deploy ML models.
Demonstrated mentorship and technical leadership skills.
Understanding of the impact of software on customer experience.
