Quora is a remote-first company, allowing this position to be performed remotely from multiple countries.
The role is for a Machine Learning Engineer New Grad for 2024-2025, focusing on the Poe product.

Requirements:

Candidates must be available for meetings during Quora's coordination hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time).
Applicants should be 2024 or 2025 graduates or pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
A strong understanding of the mathematical foundations of Machine Learning algorithms is required.
Experience with transformer models and LLM applications is necessary.
Proficiency in Python or C++ is required, or the ability to learn them quickly.
A passion for learning and improving oneself and the team is essential.
