Remote Machine Learning Engineer (Platform/Solutions) at webAI

Description:

Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements for AI solutions.
Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions within our platform to address customer needs and demonstrate the feasibility of AI applications.
Customize and configure platform features to meet customer requirements, leveraging built-in tools and APIs for data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to prioritize customer requests and deliver solutions on time and within scope.
Help develop features to meet customer goals where appropriate.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the proof-of-concept process, including training and troubleshooting as needed.
Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for platform improvements and new feature development.
Document best practices, use cases, and success stories to showcase the value of our platform to potential customers.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency and knowledge of Python. Experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred.
Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications, with a focus on proof-of-concept development. Prior experience in a technical consulting or solutions engineering role is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
