Quora is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join the team in building Poe, a platform at the forefront of AI.
The role involves working on cutting-edge technology to develop Poe's bot ecosystem using state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
Responsibilities include architecting a scalable recommender system architecture, building reliable NLP applications, and collaborating with the product team to create personalized AI-driven user features.

Requirements:

Availability during Quora's "coordination hours" (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time) for meetings and impromptu communication.
Professional experience in software development and machine learning.
Track record of leading NLP/Search models to solve industry-scale problems.
4+ years of experience in Python or C++ coding.
Previous experience leading end-to-end machine learning systems.
Experience with large-scale multi-engineer projects.
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
