Description:

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of sophisticated AI solutions.
You will mentor junior team members and establish best practices within the team.
Your role will involve making qualified decisions on selecting approaches for solving AI/ML problems based on functional and non-functional requirements.
You will contribute to the development of enterprise-grade ML systems and lead technical delivery for major client initiatives.
You will drive the adoption of MLOps best practices and technical standards.
Conducting technical discovery workshops with clients will be part of your responsibilities.
You will evaluate and champion new technologies and frameworks.
Additionally, you will contribute to proposal development and solution architecture.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Deep expertise in ML frameworks, distributed computing, and cloud platforms is essential.
Experience with deep learning and specialized domains such as NLP, GenAI, and Computer Vision is preferred.
You should have experience with MLOps and a strong track record of delivering production ML systems.
Excellence in technical leadership and mentoring is required.
Outstanding client communication skills are necessary for this role.
Prior experience in consulting or professional services is also required.
