Requirements:

Candidates must hold an MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or Computer Science, with experience in implementing and benchmarking machine learning algorithms for real-world data.
A minimum of 5 years of industrial or academic experience in machine learning projects, including areas such as deep learning, core ML, computer vision, and natural language processing, is required.
At least 2 years of proven experience in leading and managing ML engineering teams is necessary.
Familiarity with development processes using Linux, versioning, CI/CD, and Docker is essential.
Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing, testing, and maintaining production-grade machine learning applications using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, is required.
A strong understanding of statistical and mathematical principles underlying machine learning algorithms is necessary.
Candidates should possess the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Strong relationship-building skills in a challenging international environment are important.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely.
Experience with large-scale cluster computing for machine learning modeling and in sectors like e-commerce or RecSys is a plus.
