Remote Machine Learning Implementation Engineer

Description:

• Join OfferFit's Machine Learning Implementation Engineering team to collaborate with customers on implementing AI testing powered by reinforcement learning AI.
• Work with customer Analytics/BI teams and OfferFit colleagues on use case definition, data integration, pipeline, and ML model configuration.
• Extend product capabilities by enhancing architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
• Collaborate with the ML pipeline development team to enhance self-learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms.
• Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.
• Provide continuous support to customers to ensure their success.
• Technical landscape includes Python (Pandas, TF, FastAPI, Great Expectations), SQL, Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, GCP, and well-tested, documented, modular code with pre-commit hooks, CI/CD, and issue tracking.

Requirements:

• Exceptional coding skills with a focus on clean, object-oriented code and good design.
• Curiosity to explore and learn new technologies and methods regularly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, work around obstacles, and seek creative ways to improve processes.
• Strong organizational skills to structure plans, align stakeholders, and execute them effectively.

• Base salary range of $113,000-$165,000 per year with eligibility for additional bonuses.
