Description:

Blue Coding is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations Engineer to work remotely with a US client in the life insurance sector.
The role involves building and maintaining robust machine-learning pipelines and requires strong knowledge of AWS.
Responsibilities include collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design scalable ML pipelines, automating the ML lifecycle, developing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring model performance, implementing best practices for version control, troubleshooting deployment issues, and staying updated on ML Ops advancements.
The position is fully remote and offers flexibility in work hours as long as the work is completed effectively.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Proven experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or related roles is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, xgboost, sklearn) and ML Ops tools is essential.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or Go are required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is preferred.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
A strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability is expected.
