Description:
Blockhouse is focused on real-time machine learning and data engineering, building scalable infrastructure for high-frequency ML models that redefine how organizations extract actionable insights from data.
The Machine Learning Ops Intern will help architect and scale real-time machine learning systems, building mission-critical dashboards and analytics infrastructure for high-frequency models.
Responsibilities include developing real-time dashboards, maintaining machine learning pipelines, designing data integration, creating monitoring systems, and developing automated CI/CD pipelines.
The intern will collaborate with data engineers and machine learning scientists to build systems that scale to millions of data points per second.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 1+ years of MLOps experience, demonstrating the ability to build and scale machine learning pipelines focused on high-frequency data and real-time model performance.
Mastery of real-time systems is required, including expertise in building and optimizing dashboards and streaming data pipelines, with hands-on experience in ClickHouse and Redpanda or similar technologies.
Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is essential, along with the ability to deploy these models in real-time production environments.
Candidates should have expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, with experience in deploying and managing machine learning models using tools like SageMaker, Lambda, or EKS.
Extensive experience in building automated CI/CD pipelines for model deployment using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI is necessary.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch is required, along with the ability to implement real-time monitoring for machine learning systems.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment are essential.
