The company is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in computer vision, model optimization, and deployment on low-cost embedded systems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, training, and optimizing deep learning models for real-time applications.
Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing computer vision models for embedded systems, implementing model compression techniques, deploying models on various embedded platforms, writing clean code in Python and C++, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role also involves benchmarking ML models and researching cutting-edge techniques to enhance real-time performance in resource-constrained environments.
Requirements:
A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
Extensive experience in designing and deploying optimized deep learning models for real-world applications is necessary.
Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, and TensorRT is required.
Strong experience with model quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, and hardware acceleration techniques is essential.
Solid programming skills in Python and C++ with a strong understanding of software optimization are required.
Familiarity with embedded platforms like NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, and Qualcomm AI accelerators is necessary.
Experience with hardware-aware model optimization to maximize inference speed and minimize memory footprint is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges are essential.
