Description:
- The Machine Learning Team Lead will be responsible for leveraging advanced AI and NLP technologies to enhance product offerings and expand capabilities for internal and external use.
- They will oversee a team of 5-6 engineers with expertise in machine learning, NLP, full-stack development, AI applications, quality assurance, and product management.
- The Team Lead will provide technical leadership, establish objectives for the team, offer mentorship, and guide them through resolving challenges.
- They will ensure AI innovations are integrated into intuitive products and exposed through reliable APIs, benefiting customers significantly.
- The role involves steering the technical direction in AI and NLP, fostering career advancement for team members, and promoting a culture of end-to-end ownership and continuous improvement.
- The Team Lead will lead the charge in engineering groundbreaking AI solutions, developing innovative next-gen AI products to transform language learning and processing on a global scale.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in Python, Huggingface Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and neural models based on Transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Express.js for full-stack development and API interaction.
- Experience in RESTful API principles, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, MLflow/Kubeflow, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes/warehousing, Redux/Context API, Git, monitoring/logging tools, security protocols, data visualization/BI tools, and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with LLMs, tuning techniques like QLORA, DPO, and staying updated with AI community developments.
