Description:
HeartFlow, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Engineering - Full Stack to join their team in Mountain View, California, Austin, Texas, or remotely.
The company is focused on advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting-edge technology, including an AI-driven non-invasive cardiac test called the HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis.
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely software releases, providing technical leadership on software components and tooling, guiding direct reports, driving continuous improvement of development methodology, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications required for the position include a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of relevant industry experience as a full-stack engineer, 2+ years of management experience, deep understanding of software development best practices, experience with cloud-based infrastructure, and advanced programming proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
Desired qualifications include experience with Vue.js, Django, SQL, NoSQL databases, and medical applications or regulated industries.
The salary range for this role is estimated to be $141,000 to $215,025 for locations outside the San Francisco Bay Area and $159,000 to $242,475 for the San Francisco Bay Area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of industry experience as a full-stack engineer
2+ years of management experience, preferably in growing organizations
Deep understanding of software development best practices
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and data-driven applications
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
