Career Renew is recruiting for a Marketing and Community Lead - Blockchain for a VC-backed blockchain startup.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the CET timezone.
The startup is focused on revolutionizing digital asset exchange markets by prioritizing sustained intent over speed.
Their first product, Debate Markets, combines social finance and prediction markets to foster constructive debates.
The role involves driving the company's narrative, growing its community, and establishing its presence in the blockchain and SocialFi space.
Responsibilities include developing a marketing strategy, creating content, building community engagement, and analyzing metrics for strategy refinement.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a proven track record in marketing, business development, growth, community building, or related roles, ideally in the crypto space.
A strong understanding of or interest in blockchain, DeFi, and social platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram is required.
Candidates should be strategically experienced, able to work independently, and take ownership of the entire process.
It is a bonus if candidates have established relationships with Crypto Leaders and possess strong business development experience.

The position offers significant additional compensation and upside as an early core team member in tokens or equity.
