Description:
Robyn AI is on a mission to build a more emotionally connected world by leveraging AI and understanding human connections.
The Marketing & Community Lead will work closely with the CEO and team to craft and amplify Robyn’s story.
Responsibilities include owning the social media presence, engaging with and growing the community, and driving user acquisition and brand growth.
The role focuses on bringing Robyn to millions and eventually billions of people worldwide.
Key responsibilities include developing brand strategies, managing social media platforms, building community engagement, designing growth campaigns, collaborating with the CEO, and demonstrating resourcefulness in execution.
Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior marketing role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or consumer brand.
Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial culture, with the ability to create authentic content and campaigns.
Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter for engagement and growth.
Experience in growing and engaging an online community around a consumer product or brand.
Demonstrated success in building viral campaigns and scaling user acquisition.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias toward execution and results.
A track record of building and executing marketing strategies from scratch in an early-stage setting.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $100K to $120K, depending on experience.
