Description:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will generate insights into players and acquisition campaigns, leading to strategic recommendations and operational optimisations for cost-efficient acquisition of high-valued customers.
You will utilise advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating these into strategic recommendations and operational optimisation.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions and hypotheses into structured analysis, defining key metrics to track success.
You will develop, operationalise, and maintain dashboards and automated reports to visualise key performance indicators for senior management and aid operational decision-making for marketing teams.
You will design and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses, using deep dives and segmentations to guide the user acquisition roadmap.
You will ensure data accuracy and integrity, establishing best practices where there is no single source of truth.
Requirements:
A strong understanding of the mobile advertising space, including networks, bidding systems, and algorithms, along with fluency in key funnel metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, and LTV.
Proficiency in SQL is required, with additional skills in Tableau and Python considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills backed by statistical fundamentals are essential.
You must possess strong problem-solving acumen and the ability to tackle ambiguity effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
