Description:

The Marketing Data Analyst (Client Reporting Focus) position is a full-time role that requires 40 hours of work per week.
This job is 100% work-from-home, with a schedule from Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, which is non-negotiable.
The role involves producing clear, accurate, and insightful weekly and monthly client reports to keep clients informed about their campaign performance across major platforms.
Responsibilities include creating and delivering performance reports, gathering and consolidating campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot, and presenting performance metrics in a clear format.
The analyst will double-check all reports for accuracy, create and maintain standardized reporting templates, identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process, and collaborate closely with account managers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role.
Proficiency in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to ensure clean and professional reports.
The ability to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery is essential.
Candidates should be skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus.
The ability to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines is required.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms is expected.
Additional technical requirements include a stable internet connection of at least 50 mbps, backup internet, at least 8GB RAM, a Core i5 or higher processor, a working webcam, a working mic and audio, and an organized workstation.

The position offers 100% work from home flexibility.
