The Marketing Data Analyst will transform data into actionable marketing insights.
This role involves analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to drive effective marketing strategies.
The analyst will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide data-driven insights that inform campaign strategies, customer segmentation, and channel optimization.
Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns, providing customer and market insights, developing marketing dashboards and reports, conducting A/B testing, collaborating on marketing strategy and planning, monitoring key metrics, and staying updated on marketing analytics tools and trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong data analysis and statistical skills for evaluating marketing performance, trends, and customer behavior.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics is required, along with familiarity with SQL and Excel.
A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, channels, and KPIs is essential, as well as experience analyzing customer journeys and segmentation.
The ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness is necessary.
Strong communication and storytelling skills are required to translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience in marketing data analysis considered.
Certifications in data analysis or marketing analytics are beneficial.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis, with a proven track record of generating impactful insights.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as familiarity with digital ad platforms, is advantageous.
