Description:

This is a REMOTE role that bridges the gap between the Marketing and Engineering teams by implementing, managing, and optimizing analytics, advertising, and marketing automation integrations.
The individual will be responsible primarily for technical implementation and integration tasks while also playing a key role in strategy discussions, planning, and evaluation of new tools and platforms.
They will have direct interaction with the Marketing team and report to the Director of Engineering.
Platphorm, LLC builds innovative multi-modal information exchanges and provides a comprehensive system that allows businesses to create scalable, reliable marketplaces for fee-based advice delivered through various communication methods.
The marketplace enables individuals to offer expertise at a price of their choosing and allows others to find and pay for these conversations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing analytics, advertising, and marketing automation tools is required.
Proficiency with JavaScript and Ruby on Rails is necessary, and familiarity with React is a plus.
Strong SQL skills are essential.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technology stacks is important.
Candidates must be able to turn business questions into data models, SQL queries, and visualizations.
