Description:
Design, develop, and optimize high-performance marketing websites to support the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy at Uptime.com.
Collaborate with marketing, growth, product, and design teams to ensure web properties align with growth objectives.
Implement SEO best practices and technical optimizations to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Lead efforts in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and data-driven web optimization.
Stay current with frontend development trends, PLG strategies, SaaS marketing, and performance optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with a strong portfolio of optimized marketing websites, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
Proficiency in Python is a strict requirement.
Experience with Zendesk themes, templates, and custom configuration.
Familiarity with Pelican or other static site generators, and Ginja templates.
Deep understanding of PLG strategies and SaaS conversion optimization techniques.
Expertise in modern frontend development technologies, frameworks, and SEO best practices.
Ability to work at startup speed and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and turning insights into actionable improvements.
