Description:
The Marketing Operations Data Analyst will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and be a key member of the Marketing Operations team.
This role involves partnering closely with Marketing to manage prospect and customer data, supporting strategic, tactical, and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities include reviewing closed deals, provisioning new accounts, processing quotes for billing, and resolving related inquiries.
The analyst will collaborate with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance data quality.
Additional tasks include data management, reconciliation, cleansing, analysis, and workflow management primarily in Salesforce and associated tools.
The role may require producing regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
Participation in strategic and tactical projects is also expected.
This is a full-time position supporting the APAC timezone with weekday day shifts from 7am to 4pm PH time.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a data analyst, data administrator, BI/reporting analyst, or similar role is required.
Strong experience in Marketo operations and Salesforce campaign management is essential.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes is necessary.
Prior experience working with sales teams or other commercial functions, such as marketing, is highly regarded.
Experience working within a monthly sales cycle and an agile business environment (preferably scrum) is advantageous.
Mastery in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data transformation, is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using BI tools like Tableau for reporting outputs is very highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems creatively are essential.
