Description:

• The Marketing Operations Lead will lead growth initiatives, SEO strategy, social media automation, and overall operational efficiency across multiple ventures within the AI Venture Lab.
• This role requires expertise in SEO, social media analytics, digital marketing, automation, and business operations to support the rapid iteration and scaling of AI-driven businesses.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy, developing and implementing SEO strategies, optimizing YouTube automation, streamlining content creation, and identifying monetization strategies.
• Key responsibilities include building paid and organic acquisition funnels, aligning marketing efforts with virality and user adoption goals, and developing scalable systems for content production.
• The role also involves tracking performance metrics, building partnerships, and assisting in exit strategies with the Head of Product.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in marketing, SEO, social media automation, and business operations.
• At least 1 year of expertise in YouTube SEO, search engine optimization, and AI-driven content strategies is required.
• Hands-on experience with scraping tools, data analytics, and social media automation is essential.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and YouTube algorithm optimization is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment are required.
• A proven track record of scaling digital businesses, optimizing marketing funnels, and driving engagement is essential.
• Nice-to-haves include prior experience in a startup or growth-hacking role, experience with entrepreneurial ventures, and the ability to generate specific ideas while taking direction effectively.
