Description:
- PTW, a global leader in the gaming services industry, is seeking a Marketing Team Lead to join their expanding marketing team.
- The Marketing Team Lead will report to the VP of Product Strategy and oversee a team responsible for product marketing, community management, go-to-market execution, customer support, and moderation.
- Responsibilities include collaborating on marketing strategy, developing product marketing plans, driving community engagement, overseeing product launches, ensuring customer support, and analyzing market data for growth plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, social/community management, or related roles, preferably in gaming or tech industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media trends targeting Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
- Passion for gaming, familiarity with gaming communities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer support and moderation teams is a plus.
