Remote Master Software Developer (ROR exp)

Description:

• Join a skunkworks team within an established company to work on an ambitious enterprise workflow product.
• Develop an end-to-end minimum viable version of the software to improve internal workflows.
• Design and implement a semi-lattice contextual data model crucial for AI workflow agents.
• Evolve the product into a minimum lovable version and roll it out internally.
• Implement robust production debugging tools and provide exceptional support for internal teams.
• Architect and deliver a scalable, serverless automation system for different customers.
• Customize the product for the Multifamily sector and provide outstanding support.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop a plugin system for complex workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Rails, Rails Hotwire, StimulusJS, Vanilla JS, Tailwind, SQL, Git.
• Knowledge of Networking, Linux, Containers, and Java.
• Understanding of software delivery best practices and lower technology stack layers.
• Ability to work with challenging documentation and translate complex business operations.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive, flexible, and creative problem-solving approach.
• High work ethic, open to feedback, clear communication skills, and team player.
• Currently residing in Latin America.
