Remote MedArrive Senior Software Engineer - Mobile Focus

• The company is shifting its focus to enable other healthcare provider organizations with their growth and patient care ambitions by building a platform supporting care models through in-home, virtual, and digital interactions.
• The platform aims to provide capabilities like patient population analytics, shift management, personalized patient outreach, and more through mobile and web experiences.
• They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive mobile development experience to work on a mobile companion app for clinicians visiting patients in their homes.
• The role involves developing a robust mobile healthcare services platform, working closely with end users to understand pain points, evolving system design, and implementing high-impact projects deployed in AWS.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering/architecture experience in commercial technology or technology-enabled services companies.
• Deep experience in mobile development with React Native.
• Proficiency in React-based single-page web applications, Node.js, Typescript, SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), and working in public cloud environments like AWS.
• Strong systems design/architecture skills with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
• Bonus points for healthcare informatics/technology experience, ML/AI knowledge, security understanding in regulated environments, and familiarity with Docker, Expo, GraphQL, and Serverless.
• An advanced degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
