Description:

Join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (Backend Engineer) and help build the core infrastructure powering our AI-native products.
In this role, you will design and implement scalable systems, robust APIs, and secure data pipelines that support cutting-edge ML workflows.
Your work will be foundational to delivering fast, reliable, and intelligent user experiences.
You will architect and build distributed backend systems and APIs.
You will design infrastructure that supports high-throughput data and model workflows.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI-native products to life.
You will optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across services.
You will own systems end-to-end—from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration.

Requirements:

You should have experience building backend systems in production environments.
A strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and system reliability is essential.
Proficiency in Python and experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms is required.
Familiarity with containerization, serverless, or event-driven architectures is preferred.
A collaborative and pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems is necessary.
You must have the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
