Description:

Anchorage Digital is building an advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.
The Member of Technical Staff will be part of the Direct Custody team, responsible for building tools and products for managing blockchain assets.
The role involves providing secure custodial and technology services for intuitive experiences with digital assets and smart contracts.
Responsibilities include managing and transferring coins and NFTs, staking assets, and interacting with on-chain smart contracts.
The team is composed of backend, frontend, and iOS engineers, allowing for complete ownership of the product.

Requirements:

Candidates should have real-world experience in building complex distributed systems, preferably using Go, but other languages can be learned.
A strong focus on building resilient services that can handle varying workloads without manual intervention is essential.
Candidates must care about code quality and test infrastructure.
Comfort in diving into the stack and open-source projects to troubleshoot bugs is required.
Prioritizing end-user experience and business value over technology is important.
A foundational understanding of computer science fundamentals such as concurrency, algorithms, and data structures is necessary, though a formal CS degree is not required.
