Remote Member of Technical Staff, Frontend - Logging

Description:

• The Logging team at Chronosphere is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Frontend to build and maintain logging capabilities in the Chronosphere product.
• Responsibilities include developing the future of Chronosphere’s Logging experience, driving complex projects within the Logging product, shaping the product roadmap, and enhancing shared tooling and processes for Chronosphere engineers.
• The role involves independently owning projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional partners, building and maintaining complex UI experiences using Typescript and React, coaching and mentoring other engineers, and working collaboratively.
• Within the first 30 days, the successful candidate will optimize their onboarding plan, understand Chronosphere’s business and logging capabilities, learn about customer needs and technology, build relationships with teammates, and start contributing to the product.
• Within 60 days, they will work on small projects and enhancements, gaining experience in the stack and becoming an active participant in the UI community within Chronosphere.
• Within 90 days, they will guide more complex projects, contribute to product ideas and roadmap, and develop relationships with engineers outside the team.

Requirements:

• Ability to independently own projects, plan, gather requirements, and collaborate with Product.
• Effective partnership with cross-functional partners such as product, design, and technical writing.
• Expertise in building, delivering, and maintaining complex UI experiences using Typescript and React.
