Description:

Anchorage Digital is building an advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.
The Security Team is responsible for maintaining a culture of trust, safety, and resiliency, ensuring secure coding, monitoring, incident response, and continuous control improvement.
As a member of the Security Team, you will focus on Security Operations and Monitoring, ensuring visibility and response capabilities over the custody platform and IT environment.
You will contribute to medium-to-large features and be an expert in triaging and responding to various signals.
The role involves understanding the bigger picture to prioritize roadmapped features and expanding the company's footprint.
You will work cross-team, applying expertise to influence both within and outside the team.
Success in this role means delivering impactful work that improves team stability and prioritizes the safety and security of Anchorage Digital and its clients.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of information security, cloud computing, and security monitoring is required.
Experience in triaging, investigating, and resolving security issues across multiple environments is necessary.
Real-world experience in shipping products and implementing secure frameworks, libraries, and services is essential.
A deep understanding of common crypto protocols (TLS, GPG, SSH, etc.) and the threat landscape for modern attacks is required.
Experience in developing threat models and conducting incident response/forensics is needed.
A strong commitment to code quality and test infrastructure is expected.
You should prioritize end-user experience and business value over technical complexity.
Familiarity with computer science fundamentals such as concurrency, algorithms, and data structures is important.
