Description:

Anchorage Digital is building an advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.
The Security Team maintains a culture of trust, safety, and resiliency for clients and regulators.
As a member of the Security Team focusing on Application Security, you will analyze, test, and remediate vulnerabilities in products and IT infrastructure, including web applications and APIs.
You will deliver on medium-to-large impact projects and prioritize roadmap projects as the scale of Anchorage Digital increases.
The role involves collaborating across teams and significantly influencing both within and outside the team.
You will stay updated on emerging threat intelligence to ensure accurate and tested playbooks for rapid response.
Responsibilities include enhancing the Vulnerability Management program, automating manual tasks, and leading Security Team initiatives.
You will contribute high-quality code and infrastructure while monitoring and addressing technical debt.

Requirements:

You must have real-world experience in security fundamentals such as threat modeling, vulnerability management, secure coding practices, cryptography, and authentication and authorization.
Proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs, as well as mobile applications using Swift is required.
Experience with security tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Metasploit, and Wireshark is necessary.
A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures, is expected.
Familiarity with standards and frameworks like OWASP, NIST, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS is important.
A genuine care for code quality and test infrastructure is essential.
You should prioritize end-user experience and business value over technology trends.
