Remote Member of Technical Staff- SRE/ Full stack

Description:

• Join our cloud team in building foundational infrastructure for the Large Action Model (LAM), a groundbreaking system enabling personalized agents to act as third-party intermediaries between users and service providers.
• Our mission is to pioneer secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions that allow these agents to perform virtualized actions seamlessly in real time.
• This role involves tackling challenges such as low-latency optimizations, system observability, and fostering respectful interactions with service providers.
• Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the health of Kubernetes clusters and cloud services.
• Develop internal frameworks for creating and managing LAM-powered agents.
• Optimize key metrics such as latency, accuracy, and stability for frequently used LAM instances.
• Implement and maintain the company’s web presence, including the web portal and website.
• Manage and enhance the data collection platform for LAM.
• Collaborate with the applied AI team to integrate AI workloads into the operating system (OS).
• Work closely with the device platform team to co-develop and optimize communication protocols between devices and OS.

Requirements:

• Proficient in backend languages like Python and TypeScript (Node.js) and frontend technologies like HTML5 and React.
• Experience with application automation frameworks and technologies across web, Linux, Windows, and Android environments.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies, including SQL and MongoDB, and a strong understanding of data modeling principles.
• Expertise in writing concurrent, asynchronous, and parallel applications.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and major cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Proven experience in building scalable, resilient systems.
• Knowledge of VNC technologies and their applications.
• Experience with real-time communication protocols, including WebSocket and WebRTC.
• Ability to work across teams, including applied AI and device platform teams, to integrate and optimize system components.

Benefits:

• The salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $280,000 annually, depending on various factors such as education, work experience, and job responsibilities.
