Description:

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect with a Presales Focus will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions that highlight the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility.
This role requires technical depth in Microsoft 365 architecture and strong communication skills to articulate solution benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include partnering with sales teams for discovery sessions, developing tailored solutions, providing technical expertise in presales meetings, designing high-level architectures, and collaborating on proposals and technical documentation.
The architect will also deliver product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, and build long-term client relationships.
Staying updated with Microsoft advancements and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client architecture is essential.
The role involves supporting sales and marketing efforts by developing go-to-market strategies and providing technical content for promotional materials.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and AI solutions, with at least 3 years in a presales or client-facing consulting role.
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform is necessary.
Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions is essential, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
Candidates should possess analytical skills to create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and strategic value for clients.
Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate, are a plus.
