Description:
Woodard & Curran is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations System Administrator to assist with the implementation and long-term support of their ERP system.
The role involves administering and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Projects Operations systems, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing security protocols, managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing integrations with other systems.
The administrator will also manage system upgrades, participate in audits, create documentation, stay current with ERP features, manage vendor relationships, and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical skills, with a background in financial or project management systems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a D365 F&O or D365 Projects Operations System Administrator or in a similar role.
A strong understanding of finance, project management, and resource allocation is necessary.
Extensive experience with customer support and ticketing systems such as DevOps or Jira is required.
Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective task and time management skills are essential, along with an understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and experience with UI/UX design principles is preferred.
Comfort with collaborating in a virtual or hybrid environment is necessary.
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary range of $81,208 - $121,812, with final pay dependent on experience and geographic differentials.
Eligible employees may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role’s organizational level.
The company provides a 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 3% of salary contributed.
