Description:

  • We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator to join our team.
  • The role involves being the go-to person for everything related to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, securely, and supports the needs of our business.
  • You will work closely with both technical and business teams to ensure the platform meets our evolving goals.
  • This position is fully remote and can be performed from any part of LATAM.
  • Main activities include administering and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring integration with other systems, maintaining system performance, uptime, and security.
  • You will build and customize workflows, forms, and reports to match unique business processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaboration with other teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions in Dynamics 365 is essential.
  • Staying updated on system upgrades and new releases to ensure smooth operations is required.
  • You will ensure data accuracy and reliability across the platform, particularly in finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Maintaining clear and understandable documentation, from design specs to user guides, is part of the role.
  • You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration is required.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance is essential.
  • Experience with the design and development of workflows, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365 is necessary.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management as it relates to Dynamics 365 is needed.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is necessary.
