An understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code is required.
Proven experience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective Statements of Work (SOWs) that set expectations and limit risk is necessary.
You must be able to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms, including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks.
The ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of a CRM delivery project is essential.
Benefits:
We offer competitive pay along with a performance-based bonus.
Employees enjoy unlimited paid time off.
A flexible and affordable benefits program is designed to help you be and stay well, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
