Description:
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect, you will interact with prospects and clients to understand their business requirements.
You will demonstrate Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to clients and conduct business process analysis to create Fit/Gap reports.
Your role will involve creating solution designs that address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
You will advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions that may include CRM, third-party applications, and customizations.
Assisting sales and presales teams with preparing proposals and client presentations will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting the sale of professional services when necessary.
You will identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the need for custom code development.
Utilizing proven methodologies, you will deliver successful projects.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of solution architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required, including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations and application deployment or distributed system implementation.
Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementations, focusing on presales/business development and engagement delivery, is essential.
You should have deep knowledge and a proven record of applying CRM in one or more industries, with a preference for Financial Services and Public Sector.
Proven experience in presales activities, including Proof of Concepts, demos, presentations, and positioning in front of C-Level Executives, is necessary.
The ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM solutions with clients is required.
An understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom code is essential.
Proven experience in estimating, scoping, and writing effective Statements of Work (SOWs) that set expectations and limit risk is needed.
You must be able to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and understand the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms, including knowledge of various architectural frameworks.
The ability to transition between high-level architectural review/design and hands-on involvement in all phases of a CRM delivery project is required.
