Description:

The position is for a Microsoft Identity and Devices Security Architect at Cyclotron, which is fully remote and available to candidates anywhere in North America.
The role involves architecting, designing, and executing enterprise deployments of Microsoft 365 Identity and Device Management tools, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Intune.
The Security Architect will serve as a subject matter expert, working with clients to design and deploy solutions that enhance the protection of Microsoft-based assets in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities include driving discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment, and support of Microsoft cloud and on-premises security capabilities.
The architect will collaborate with various Cyclotron business units to provide a comprehensive approach that integrates identity and device management with threat protection and compliance.
The role also involves contributing to the development of new Identity and Device Management services and engaging with teams to share information that improves processes and security posture.

Requirements:

Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge and skills with Microsoft cloud security solutions such as Windows 365 Cloud PC, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, SSO, and Microsoft 365 security capabilities.
Strong experience with on-premises Microsoft security solutions, including Windows 10, Windows Server, and Active Directory, as well as third-party solutions for protecting Microsoft hosts is required.
Bonus experience includes familiarity with competitive security tools like Jamf, Meraki, Soti, XenMobile, Workspace ONE, Okta, and PingFederate.
Experience in migrating on-premises Active Directory services to Cloud Native architecture and migrating third-party IDP to Entra ID is preferred.
Candidates should hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer Associate, and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Security Operations (SecOps) experience with Microsoft Defender XDR is also a plus.
A sanitized example deliverable showcasing the quality of written work is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $180,000, depending on experience level.
This is a fully remote role, providing flexibility in work location.
