Description:
TrueTandem is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect with strong cloud experience across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
The role involves collaborating with strategic customers to envision, plan, and design innovative solutions using the Microsoft Cloud.
Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending technology solutions, and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate business value.
The architect will automate customer business processes by delivering Power Platform-based solutions tailored to specific requirements.
Leading delivery teams using Power Platform with various backends such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL is essential.
The role requires integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure services, Data Factory, and REST APIs.
Establishing and managing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) for customers to drive citizen development is a key responsibility.
The architect will partner with the global Microsoft Alliance team to create new go-to-market offerings for Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace.
Collaboration with business development and infrastructure teams is necessary, along with assisting with pre-sales proposals and providing thought leadership on emerging Microsoft solutions.
The role includes driving customer workshops, presentations, and hackathons, and helping to identify and develop solution accelerators and reusable components.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 10 years of overall IT experience in architecture design and development.
A US citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain customer clearance.
A strong understanding of low code to no code solutions market trends and value propositions is necessary.
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform is required, including experience with Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
Experience in fully implementing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and platform governance in federal environments is essential.
Competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems is required.
Hands-on development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Azure, OpenAI, Dataverse, PAD, and RPA is necessary.
Experience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration is preferred.
Familiarity with Azure technologies, particularly Azure Functions, Web Jobs, Logic Apps, and App Services, is required.
Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services is necessary.
Knowledge of extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF is advantageous.
Familiarity with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation in the context of Power Platform is required.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities is a plus.
Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365 are preferred.
Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences are essential.
