Remote Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect

Description:

• As a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect, you will architect and design enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• You will conduct discovery and deliver in-depth Power Platform technical expertise with clients or prospects.
• You will lead solution design leveraging Dataverse, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), and custom connectors.
• You will incorporate advanced technologies such as AI Builder, RPA, and machine learning into solution designs.
• You will demonstrate ownership of the technology track of Power Platform engagements during joint implementations across other service lines (e.g., D365 CE / F&O).
• You will develop and customize Power Platform solutions with integrations to external systems and APIs.
• You will build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline development.
• You will oversee seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• You will provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development.
• You will provide project teams with proper guidelines for development standards, execution plans, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and integrations.
• You will ensure the project team understands the technical architecture of the project and adheres to proper development and execution of the plan, including code review, code QA, security review, deployment plan review, and integration review.
• You will ensure a formal process is in place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around the technical architecture and integration points of the implementation.
• You will create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve quality, and secure new engagements.
• You will contribute to pre-sales efforts with high-level solution, scope, approach, and estimating input.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• You must have 5+ years of technical and architecting experience working with Power Platform and related technologies, including but not limited to C#, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, SQL, JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS, and KingswaySoft.
• You must have 5+ years of experience, including expertise in Power Platform or D365 delivery as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation.
• You should have experience with configurations of Dataverse, including forms, workflows, business rules, record security, and business process flows.
• You must have the ability to translate requirements into technical architecture for solutions that are scalable, flexible, and comply with industry standards.
• You should have experience mapping requirements from the common data model to identify specific needs for customizations.
• You must have the ability to lead and provide best practices and standards guidance to development teams relating to integration, data conversion, and project methodology.
• You should have an understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform.
• You must have the ability to define, construct, and implement solution testing, performance testing, accessibility testing, security testing, and system and integration testing.
• You should have experience in customer-facing consulting roles interacting with IT leaders, product owners, and business users.
