Remote Mid Back End Developer | Team Lead

Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Back End developer to become a Team Lead while contributing to the evolution of both external and internal systems of our client.
• The position is for a talented .NET Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work.
• In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to maintain and develop high-quality solutions for our client.
• Main responsibilities include developing and implementing new and existing features to enhance functionality, rebuilding internal systems, collaborating closely with the team to implement client requirements, applying best practices for clean code, managing technical debt, leading and mentoring the development team, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years of .NET experience and Entity framework is required.
• Experience with WCF is necessary.
• Proficiency in MSSQL is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
• Strong written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with React and Blazor is considered a nice to have.
