Requirements:

• Strong experience in building backend services/APIs, specifically with Python.
• Experience with microservices and monolith applications, including successful migration projects.
• Solid background in system design and architecture.
• Proficiency in unit and integration tests.
• Ability to design and transform systems collaboratively for scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• DevOps mindset to support the team in product/platform ownership.
• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Product teams, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
